Days of Our Lives: Eileen Davidson Returns-TVLine

According to TVLine's Megan Masters, Eileen Davidson will be returning to Days of Our Lives as Kristen Blake starting October 11. Here's an excerpt from the article:



Davidson’s villainous alter-ego — and her alter’s many alters — were last seen on Days in 1998 when she was presumed dead via drowning. However, in true soap fashion, Kristen had actually been stranded on an island.

The actress’ return to Salem comes on the heels of her shocking ouster from CBS’ The Young and the Restless, where she has portrayed Genoa City’s beloved Ashley Abbott on and off since 1986.

My thoughts: I vaguely remember watching Eileen Davidson on Days of Our Lives when I watched it with my grandma during the summer of 1997 back when I was 10 years-old, but I didn't really start watching Days of Our Lives on a more regular basis until after Davidson had left the show in 1998. I've heard a lot of very interesting and crazy things about Eileen Davidson's many alter-egos, so I'm extremely excited that she will be retuning to the show now that I'm old enough to follow and remember what happens on Days of Our Lives.
