Criminal Minds: Something that I've been wondering about (My thoughts on the show in general)

I love this show. It has great writing, a great cast and great characters, especially Hotch Reid. Thomas Gibson and Matthew Gray Gubler are both very talented actors. The whole cast is great though. While I love Criminal Minds, I can't help but wonder if the fact that I love this show so much means that I'm psychologically disturbed in some way. Does anyone liking this show mean that they are mentally ill? After all, the show is about a group of people solving crimes that involve murder, rape, arson and all kinds of dark and twisted behavior by using psychology in order to solve them. I don't think it does. Criminal Minds gives its viewers an interesting look into the human mind by exploring the psychology behind a criminal's behavior, and I think that's one of the things that has made the show so successful.

I don't watch a lot of crime shows, but I do love Criminal Minds, The Mentalist, Body of Proof, Grimm, and I've also recently started watching Person of Interest. I've never been able to get into any of the CSI TV shows. I just think they're too formulaic and too much of a cookie-cutter show, but I love how Criminal Minds, The Mentalist, Body of Proof, Grimm and Person of Interest have each put their own unique twist on crime solving TV genre. If you aren't already watching Criminal Minds or any of the other shows that I've mentioned, then you should definitely check them out.
