Revenge: Scoop on the season 2 premiere from Zap2it's Carina Adly MacKenzie

Here's some scoop on Revenge from Carina Adly MacKenzie's Monday Kickstart column for the week of 9/24/12.

"Revenge": The first season kicked off with a shocking event and then immediately flashed back several months -- and the second season follows the same format. Within the first few moments of the Season 2 premiere, we'll see wreckage, a revealing photograph... and a dead body. And then, once again, we'll flash back, meeting our favorite characters as they begin yet another summer in the Hamptons. Emily is still plotting, Victoria is gone, Ashley and Daniel are together, and Jack... is not in a good place at all.
