Damien Darhk will be gunning for Oliver on more than one front. “Oliver’s going to be taking up more of an overt role in terms of the city is in a bad space,” showrunner Wendy Mericle tells me. “He’s going to be taking on Damien Darhk, and he’s going to be fighting him not just as Green Arrow, but also as Oliver Queen. It’s public and it’s part of him stepping into the light.”
