According to TVLine's Michael Ausiello, Henry Ian Cusick will be guest starring in episode 19 this season as an FBI agent who's assigned to work on a Fringe case. Here's some more details regarding Cusick's role:
It’s unclear if this is the same role we told you about earlier this week, that of an “Alternate Universe Agent” that possesses strength and confidence as well as strong comic timing. Safe to say it is (except, as we know, the FBI doesn’t exist “over there.” Or at least it didn’t before Peter vanished. OK, now we’re all confused.)

My thoughts: I'm not exactly sure how I feel about Henry Ian Cusick being on Fringe. I know that Desmond was a very popular character with a lot of fans of Lost, but I personally have never never been all that crazy about the character Desmond or Henry Ian Cusick as an actor either. I don't hate him either though, I just don't love him as an actor.
