Lagerfelt also talks about CeCe's relationship with Ivy/Charlie. Here's an excerpt from the article where Lagerfelt gives some scoop on Ivy/Charlie's storyline:
But if CeCe did have the chance for some parting words, would she have outed Ivy as an imposter? Lagerfelt believes her character “might have had a inkling” in the back of her mind about her granddaughter’s true identity, “but she didn’t want to hear it. As she got sicker and sicker and Ivy was so wonderful and caring, I think she made herself believe and silenced all doubts in her brain,” she continues.

My thoughts: I personally can't wait to see how the truth about Ivy being an imposter comes out and what the aftermath of that is going to be like. Besides the Dan and Blair relationship, Ivy's storyline has been one of my favorite things about season five.
