According to TVLine's Michael Ausiello, ABC has canceled GCB, Missing, The River and Pan Am. Here's an excerpt from the article, which gives some details on some of the new shows that ABC has picked up for next season:
Earlier this evening, ABC greenlit the new dramas Nashville (fronted by Connie Britton), Zero Hour, Red Widow, the Shawn Ryan submarine thriller Last Resort, and the supernatural spooker 666 Park Avenue (with Lost‘s Terry O’Quinn).

My thoughts: I never watched Missing, The River or Pan Am, so I don't really have an opinion on those shows being canceled, but I did like GCB. While I liked GCB, I can't say that I liked it enough to be all that sad about it being canceled. It was a fun show, but it definitely wasn't appointment TV for me, so my life will definitely go on even though GCB has been canceled.
