Awkward: Ming related scoop on season 2 from TVLine

Here's some Ming related scoop on season 2 of Awkward from TVLine's Awkward slide show by TVLine's Vlada Gelman.

SEASON 2 TEASE | Keep an eye out for the hilarious Episode 2, which introduces a new high school clique known as “the Asian Mafia,” previews Jessica Lu. “Ming thinks they're so cool. They really are magic. Asians are magic! But you start to wonder, are they good for her? Do they have her best interest at heart?”

MOST AWKWARD MOMENT | “Getting picked up during the [New Year's Eve] countdown,” shares Lu. While everyone else at the party is celebrating, Ming doesn't even get to stay for the big moment. “I'm in the car with my dad for New Year's.”

TEAM MATTY OR JAKE? | Lu can't bring herself to choose a side – “It's so tough.... I'm more Team Jatty,” she says – but Ming is definitely Team Matty. “He touched her hair!” she explains. “That episode where he shows Ming how to do the hair, how to do the flip? She's just done. She's like, 'Jake, you're a great guy, but I'm sorry. Matty touched my soul.'”
