"Castle": As you already know, "Vampire Diaries" and "Arrow" star Kelly Hu will be guest-starring on Monday's episode of "Castle," and she does have a busy time. Not only is she a suspect in the murder of her boss, but Hu also gets to go on a date with Esposito The date doesn't exactly go as planned, of course. What would be the fun in that? "During the date, there's a little surprise," Hu teases.
