Schmidt is finally getting back on the horse after his calamitous breakup with Cece. "Schmidt decides to go out, get a girl and bring her back to his new place," Max Greenfield says. "He's telling the guys, 'Guys, any time you want to come over here, this is your place too.'" But what if they all bring home girls on the same night? "He tries to come up with some sort of plan where it can work out for all of them and of course it blows up in his face," he says.
