You’re probably already stressing out about Damon and Stefan landing in the Phoenix Stone, so I’ll make this easy on you … just kidding, I’m going to freak you out even more: “We haven’t seen [Matt in a flash forward],” executive producer Caroline Dries teases. “And I don’t know if that’s a good thing.” Surely, after seven seasons of surviving as a human, they couldn’t kill him, right? Right?!
