Can you tease anything about the Bones finale? — Mary
I know there’s a question of who survived that big explosion so the following teases could have many meanings, okay? First, Booth will take Brennan on an emotional walk down memory lane. Also, we finally find out the significance of 4:47. And finally, Cam hasn’t been exactly honest with her coworkers about her time off from the Jeffersonian.

Bones: Scoop on the series finale (Episode 12x12 "The End in the End") from TVLine's Michael Ausiello

https://pmctvline2.files.wordpress.com/2017/03/447.jpg

Here's some scoop on Bones from this week's (Posted on 3/22/17) Ask Ausiello column.

Question: Is there anything being organized to celebrate the end of Bones? Like a big fan giveaway? Viewing parties? Something? Isn’t that done anymore? —Frieda
Ausiello: I can’t speak for anyone else, but next Tuesday at 9/8c I’m planning to tear into a fresh bag of quinoa chips, crack open an ice-cold diet Half and Half Snapple and then live-tweet the crap out of the series finale. That’s something, right? In related news, I’ve actually already laid eyes on the show’s swan song and I can tell you that longtime fans will be hard-pressed to find fault with the moving, funny, bittersweet, satisfying hour.

Question: Can you confirm that we will get a resolution to Bones‘ 447 mystery in next week’s finale? —Janet
Ausiello: I’m not sure if resolution is the right word. But the numerical humdinger absolutely figures into an extremely key moment.

Question: Anything on the final batch of Bones episodes? —Claire
Ausiello: Even though General Radic’s son Kovac has been apprehended, it doesn’t mean Booth and Brennan are out of danger. “You’ll see how he wields his power,” co-showrunner Michael Peterson warns. “That’ll start in [Episode] 11 and really play out in a big way in [Episode] 12.”

Bones: Scoop on the final two episodes of the series from TVLine's Matt Webb Mitovich

Here's some scoop on Bones from this week's (Posted on 2/17/17) Matt's Inside Line column.

I’ve been a fan of Bones from the beginning. Can you tease if Booth and Brennan will get a happy ending? —Elspeth
That does seem to be the million-dollar question, especially leading out of this week’s Episode 7. And it looks like you may be guessing until the final hour. “Episode 11 ends on a cliffhanger, I’ll say that much,” shares co-showrunner Michael Peterson. “The finale is a two-parter.” As for the happy ending fans seek, the EP offered this anecdote from his four-season binge upon joining the series. “After watching 67 episodes, my wife asked if [series creator] Hart [Hanson] was a hippie, because everything worked out. [For example, when] Wendell slept with Angela, Hodgins got along with Wendell by the end of the episode. Things work out. Hart’s very much a ‘people ride off into the sunset’ kind of guy, he’s an optimist, and we wanted to infuse that into the finale. We wanted to have them go through hell, but at the end, we want them to ride off.”

Bones: Scoop on the possibility of Booth having a therapy session with Dr. Gordon Wyatt and more from TVLine's Matt Webb Mitovich

http://vignette1.wikia.nocookie.net/bones/images/4/4d/BonesTitle.jpg/revision/latest?cb=20100121063942

Here's some scoop on Bones from this week's (Posted on 1/31/17) Matt's Inside Line column.

Will Booth have a mini therapy session with Dr. Gordon Wyatt when Stephen Fry returns to Bones? —Mark
Given that Gordon is a shrink/chef, you can expect “an informal” session “over dinner,” co-showrunner Michael Peterson reports. “We do a little bit of food, a little bit of therapy.” The good doctor’s primary purpose, though, is to get innocent-yet-incarcerated Zack sprung, seeing as Wyatt “is the one person Booth trusts with Sweets’ psychiatric notes. [Wyatt] is going to be very key to that — and also impactful for what’s going on with Booth and Brennan at that point, because they’re going to be at a low when he shows up [in Episode 9].”

Are any Bones characters going to learn about Max’s apparent illness? —Camila
“I believe it is Episode 8,” airing in late January, “when that really comes to a head,” says EP Michael Peterson. “Brennan doesn’t like secrets, so it will very much affect her.”

Here's some scoop on Bones from this week's (Posted on 12/20/16) Ask Ausiello column.

Question: Something on Bones’ final season, please? Preferably Booth and Brennan, but I’ll take anything. —Adela
Ausiello: The series finale is a two-part episode (Episodes 11 and 12), with the penultimate hour showing the series’ “six leads in a different light,” previews exec producer Michael Peterson. “It’s going to cover a 24-hour period of time, and it gives a lot of setup for Episode 12. It’s a very strange episode.” Ep 11 also wraps up Zack’s story (and concludes Eric Millegan’s three-episode comeback arc).

After months of straight up denial, I am now willing to accept the fact that we’re onto our last 12 episodes ever… Throw me a Bone(s) here!! #seewhatididthere. —Bethania
I can’t tell you what will happen in the series finale, but I can tell you what won’t happen. Booth and Brennan will not be walking away from their respective jobs to start a new, less-dangerous life. “We did that in the Season 10 finale,” notes co-showrunner Michael Peterson. “And since we don’t like repeating ourselves, it [forced] us to brainstorm a different [conclusion].” And here’s another exclusive nugget about the Fox drama’s swan song: The series-finale episode is titled, “The End in the End.”
