We are coming to the end here, so it shouldn’t be surprising to hear that the death toll will be quite high as Nick finds himself fighting an unexpected person in the series finale. He’ll also, of course, take on the Zerstörer, but he’ll have some equally unexpected help in that regard.
Question: Do you have any scoop on Grimm‘s final episodes? —Jen
Ausiello: Remember when the magic stick did weirder-than-usual things at the start of this season? Yeah, so does David Giuntoli, and he hints that the mystical piece of wood isn’t done yet. “The stick does, in the beginning, seem to be some kind of heroin stick,” he says, laughing. “And if you pay attention in the last episode, I think we’ll see that perhaps the stick is, and has been, rightfully seen as a problem.”
Got any scoop on Grimm? —Jen
Friday’s episode spends a significant amount of time on the Nick/Eve relationship (or whatever you want to call it) and fills us in on the scary skull face we’ve been seeing in the mirrors. Lest the Nadalind fans feel left out, next week’s episode — the series’ penultimate hour — features an Adalind/Nick moment that feels very important as the NBC drama hurtles toward its conclusion.
What can you tease about Eve/Juliette’s journey on Grimm? —Jen C.
Bitsie Tulloch tells us that Eve — who’s becoming more and more like Juliette these days, eh? — has “an intimate connection” with Adalind and Renard’s daughter, Diana, “that is unexpected.”
Question: Will Nick be reunited with Kelly and Adalind before the series Grimm ends? —Ronda
Ausiello: I can’t tell you that, but I can tell you that there’s someone small, blonde and very powerful who might not be so into that particular reunion happening.
Question: Do you have any spoilers involving Nick’s PTZD (Post-Traumatic Zombie Disorder) on Grimm? I hope this isn’t something that will just be dropped without explanation! —Tom
Ausiello: I wouldn’t hold your breath, Tom. First, because there’s so much current story to wrap up in the NBC drama’s final 13 episodes that there’s not much time to address stuff like that, and second, because (I assume) you aren’t suffering from PTZD, and holding your breath that long would be hazardous to your health.
Question: Any hope of Grimm‘s resurrecting Meisner and he and Adalind living happily ever after? —Nicole
Ausiello: Hmm, what to say, given what I know? How about this? The answer to your two-part question is no and yes — not necessarily in that order — and that things will become clearer in the first few episodes of the season.
