Do you know anything about the season finale of The Good Place? — Giacomo
My colleague and fellow Good Place obsessive Dan Snierson asked executive producer Mike Schur for a super cryptic tease for the season 2 finale, and this is what he provided, so don’t shoot the messenger: “Flamingos and hot diggity dog.”

While the quartet is en route to the all-knowing judge, rumor has it Michael will receive some unpleasant news of his own, but could find help from a surprising place. As for the finale, expect the unexpected heading into the the cliffhanger, which Jameela Jamil describes as a “holy fork” moment that rivals the season 1 twist.

Are we really, finally going to see the rest of the Bad Place on The Good Place? — Tim
Yes, we are! However, while Michael can go incognito, it’ll be tough for the quartet to blend in, especially when they’re caught in a precarious position that puts them in the spotlight — literally. I have to stay relatively cryptic on this one, but I can tease that Michael will make a surprising decision that will leave a lasting impression.

Please tell me you have something — anything! — on The Good Place! — Dave
Now that Bad Place architect Michael has erased the minds of Eleanor and her friends, and has reset his torture plan, you may notice a few things look a little different. Maybe a few more clowns, and a proliferation in pizza joints — but not normal pizza. “All of the restaurants in the neighborhood are Hawaiian pizza restaurants, and the best one is called Hawaii Five-Dough,” EP Michael Schur says. “It’s a true and unyielding belief of mine that Hawaiian pizza is the worst pizza, and there are many, many, many jokes about it.”

Do you have any scoop for The Good Place? — Trenton
While you wait for the show to return, you should know that The Good Place hid something juicy in a recent episode. “Eleanor’s birthday is a little bit of an Easter egg,” executive producer Mike Schur says. “When Michael says, ‘What’s your date of birth?’ in episode 8 when he’s interrogating her, her birthday has a connection to both a different aspect of the Good Place and also to an aspect of a different TV show. That’s one that I thought for sure that I would be hearing more about from friends of mine, but no one has brought it up to me yet.” Challenge extended!

With Michael taking the fall, it looks like Eleanor’s about to get off scot-free. What do you know about how The Good Place will continue without Eleanor being in the crosshairs? — Kendal
Just because Michael thinks he’s the one causing problems doesn’t mean Eleanor’s woes are over. Here’s a clue for what might loop Eleanor back in: Janet, the Siri-like figure played by D’Arcy Carden, is about to play a key role. “Episode 7 is sort of a Janet-centric episode,” EP Mike Schur says. “Really, the whole thing is about Janet, and I think it might be my favorite episode, if not of the season, at least up to this point.”
