Here's some scoop on Under the Dome from Entertainment Weekly's Natalie Abrams' The Spoiler Room column, which was posted on 7/24/15.

Got anything Under the Dome? — Benjamin
Gia Mantegna, the daughter of Criminal Minds star Joe Montegna, will make her debut on Aug. 6 for a multi-episode arc as Lily, a low-level Aktaion employee whom we first meet when a select few in Chester’s Mill find a way to communicate with the outside world. Lily is a sweet but tough hacker who has taken on Hunter’s old role within the company. Despite her rank, she stands up to the powerful people she works with — especially once Eriq LaSalle’s character forces her to see Aktaion in a new light. Lily thinks of herself as a good judge of character when she decides to bring someone into her confidence, but she’s also holding a dark secret and a devastating deep personal connection to the Dome and to the fate of the Kinship.

What’s coming up on Under the Dome this season? — Lee
I can exclusively reveal that Under the Dome is hosting a mini-ER reunion as Paul McCrane will guest-star as Danville, a brilliant scientist who co-founded Aktaion (a Fortune 500 energy company) with his best friend Hektor Marin (Eriq La Salle). Danville has devoted his life to the pursuit of a new clean energy not for the financial windfall, but for the benefit of humanity.

Never too soon! EPs Tim Schlattmann and Neal Baer just sent this over for Spoiler Room: “Fatherhood may be in the cards for Barbie this season, but who is the mother of his child isn’t who you might expect.” Guesses in the comments!

Is it too early for Under the Dome scoop? — Jo
It’s never too early. There may be more rough waters ahead for Julia and Barbie as I’ve learned that Twisted alum Kylie Bunbury has landed a guest-starring role—with the possibility to recur—as Eva Sinclair, a potential love interest for Barbie. “Eva Sinclair is a beautiful, young anthropologist who has mysteriously arrived in Chester’s Mill,” executive producer Neal Baer teases. “How she got there and what her relationship is with Barbie—and how she will come between him and Julia—will be revealed, providing stunning answers to why the Dome dropped over Chester’s Mill.”

Here's some scoop on Under the Dome from TVGuide's Natalie Abrams' Mega Buzz column, which was posted on 7/1/14.

Will we finally find out what the heck the pink stars falling in lines means on Under the Dome— Monica
"We're going to see [the stars] in a way that gives us more information," executive producer Neal Baer cryptically teases, also promising that we'll learn much more about that mysterious black egg that Julia dropped in the lake. All the ingredients for the most effed-up bowl of Lucky Charms ever!

Under the Dome: Scoop on the introduction of Barbie's dad in season 2 from TVGuide's Natalie Abrams

Here's some scoop on Under the Dome from TVGuide's Natalie Abrams' Mega Buzz column, which was posted on 6/24/14.

I'm so glad that Barbie isn't going to die on Under the Dome! I got worried when I saw that his dad was going to appear. — Lance
Fear not, the introduction of his dad (Lost alum Brett Cullen) will actually serve as a "revelation that's unexpected in terms of who Barbie really is," executive producer Neal Baer tells me. "His father runs a multinational company, so Barbie is not a poor, working-class kid." Perhaps even more troubling for Barbie: I hear Pops has a surprising connection to one of the new characters being introduced this season.

Under the Dome: Scoop on two new characters and scoop on the future of Julia and Barbie's relationship in season 2 from TVGuide's Natalie Abrams

Here's some scoop on Under the Dome from TVGuide's Natalie Abrams' Mega Buzz column, which was posted on 6/10/14.

What can you tease about the new characters on Under the Dome this season? — Bekki
Two of the new faces — science teacher Rebecca (Karla Crome) and Big Jim's not-to-be trusted brother-in-law Sam (Eddie Cahill) — will create plenty of drama, particularly with Barbie and Julia. What kind of drama, exactly? Perhaps the kind that ends relationships. "Julia and Barbie face a very, very trying situation in Episode 3 that really puts their relationship to the test," executive producer Neal Baer tells me. Then again, if the couple can survive Barbie killing Julia's husband, what can't they get through?

Under the Dome: Barbie related scoop on season 2 from TVGuide's Natalie Abrams

Here's some scoop on Under the Dome from Natalie Abrams' Mega Buzz column, which was posted on 6/3/14.

Barbie survives on Under the Dome, right? — Steven
Given that the last time we saw Barbie he was thisclose to being hanged in front of the residents of Chester's Mill, things aren't looking great. But, just for you, I will officially cross him off the list of those dying in the premiere. (Junior refuses to hang him! Shhhh!)  However, given the new problems headed Barbie's way — you might find a clue here — he might wish he was dead.

Here's some scoop on Under the Dome from TVGuide's Natalie Abrams' Mega Buzz column, which was posted on 5/27/14.

Got any more Under the Dome scoop? — Rachel
Want more ghosts? It seems Big Jim's "come to dome" moment will involve a few of those tricky apparitions that plagued certain residents last season. "There are moments where Big Jim maybe sees ghosts," Dean Norris says. "While it's a terrifying situation, it's also funny to see Big Jim have to squirm with these kind of ghosts of Christmas past and the future and have to deal with them."

McKayla: I can't wait to be trapped Under the Dome again this summer. What's going to happen?
Alright, we can tell that you're a true fan of this highly addicting sci-fi drama, so we're going to tell it to you straight: There are definitely two major deaths in the beginning of season two. Crazy, right?! As if that wasn't shocking enough, we're hearing another major one is coming by the end of the season. One hint on one of the earlier sendoffs? It's one of the series' younger stars. (Anyone else secretly hoping it's going to be Junior?)

One of the show's new characters (newcomer Grace Victoria Cox) will make quite a splash (!) when Julia is forced to rescue her from the lake. Even stranger, she seems to appear out of thin air. Could her mysterious introduction be connected to why the dome has suddenly become magnetized? "Why she came out of the water and what she was doing there will be revealed," executive producer Neal Baer teases.

Under the Dome: Casting related scoop on episode 2x08 from TVLine's Michael Ausiello

Here's some scoop on Under the Dome from this week's (Posted on 4/23/14) Ask Ausiello column.

Question: Any Under the Dome spoilers you might have gathered so far? —Babar
Ausiello: Season 2’s eighth episode will introduce us to Hunter, a tech-savvy teen who, per the casting breakdown, “doesn’t subscribe to any programmer stereotypes or labels.” (Although he’s fine if you want to refer to him as a hacktivist.) He’s a free-thinking foster kid who speaks his mind. He’s also set to recur. The role calls for an actor in his mid-to-late teens. Got casting tips? Hit the comments!

Here's some scoop on Under the Dome from TVGuide's Natalie Abrams' Mega Buzz column, which was posted on 4/15/14.

Do you know who's going to die on Under the Dome— Dina
For now, the best I can do is narrow down the choices. The two goners are among these eight Chester's Mill residents: Junior, Phil, Linda, Norrie, Angie, Barbie, Carolyn and/or Big Jim. Some of those are major players, no? "No one is safe Under the Dome," a CBS rep teases. Hit the comments with your guesses!

I know it's early, but do you have any scoop on Under the Dome? — Mark
Even under the dome, it's possible to see new faces, but none will rock Big Jim and Junior's world as much as the return of the eccentric Pauline Rennie, aka Junior's mom and Big Jim's presumed-dead wife. Suffice it to say, the mommy issues will be out in full force!

Under the Dome: Casting related scoop on three new characters in season 2 from TVLine's Michael Ausiello

Here's some scoop on Under the Dome from this week's (Posted on 1/7/14) Ask Ausiello column.

Question: Under the Dome Season 2 scoop? —Jim
Ausiello: This may strike you as odd, but the population of Chester’s Mill is about to spike. Season 2 will introduce three new characters, including Sam, a rugged gent better known to the locals as “the crazy drunk who lives alone in the woods” — and who harbors a family tie to a familiar face; Rebecca, a teacher in her 30s whom Big Jim beseeches to start back up the school, though not with the noblest of agendas; and, most curiously, a “new girl” in town (?!) who takes an avid interest in both Joe and Norrie.

Under the Dome: Scoop on the season 2 premiere and more on season 2 from TVLine's Michael Ausiello

Here's some scoop on Under the Dome from this week's (Posted on 9/24/13) Ask Ausiello column.

Question: I have to wait so long until Season 2 of Under the Dome! Can you please give me some hint as to what the future holds for Barbie? —Alicia
Ausiello: A tighter, more compelling narrative? That’s my personal hope, anyway. I’m encouraged by something Dean Norris told us Saturday at BAFTA’s pre-Emmy Team Party. “I’m meeting with producers to start sorting it out, but [Season 2] is going to be good,” he said. “We get to reboot the whole thing… I think there’s going to be some changes. They want to beef it up in a lot of ways.” Bonus Scoop: Norris confirms that “Stephen King is going to write the first episode.”

Under the Dome: Scoop on the season 1 finale (Episode 1x13 "Curtains") and the future of the show from TVLine's Michael Ausiello

Here's some scoop on Under the Dome from this week's (Posted on 9/10/13) Ask Ausiello column.

Question: With Under the Dome being renewed for a second season, does this mean we won’t discover who or what’s behind the dome? –Glenn
Ausiello: Well, that’s not exactly what the renewal means. Previewing Monday’s season finale, Dean “Big Jim” Norris told Matt Mitovich, “You’re going to learn a lot about the Dome. It’s all very satisfying and it will make you go, ‘Oh, wow. OK, how are they going to play that out in Season 2?’ It sets up for a great second season.” Looking even further down the line, Norris let slip with this teaser for the eventual series finale: “There is a final ending for Under the Dome that is different than the book. And when it was pitched to Stephen King, he said, ‘Wow. I wish I’d thought of that.’”

Connor: You haven't given us any Under the Dome scoop! What gives?
Woah, fella, slow your roll! We've been waiting until we had something super juicy to share, and now it's time to spill. We saw in last week's episode that the mysterious egg warned us that a "monarch will be crowned," but did you know that that there is going to be an actual monarch inside the dome? In an upcoming episode, we'll start to see some serious changes inside that strange mini dome, including a perfectly placed cocoon. Is anyone else starting to get terrified of butterflies because of this show?!
