Unforgettable: Scoop on the possibility of another network aquiring the show from TVLine's Michael Ausiello

Here's some scoop on Unforgettable from this week's (Posted on 10/14/14) Ask Ausiello column.

Question: Guys, I’m super bummed over this Unforgettable cancellation news. Is there any chance another network might grab it? Maybe TNT or USA or someone? —Lindsey
Ausiello: Highly unlikely at this point. I heard even the MIA Network isn’t interested, and, as you know, those guys will take anything.

Unforgettable: Carrie and Al related scoop on episode 2x08 "Manhunt" and scoop on the season 3 premiere from TVGuide's Natalie Abrams

Here's some scoop on Unforgettable from TVGuide's Natalie Abrams' Mega Buzz column, which was posted on 4/1/14.

Any scoop on Unforgettable— Ronald
This Friday's midseason premiere finds Carrie and Al playing house for a case. But their flame won't be rekindled until Season 3, which premieres June 29, when Boris Kodjoe's Secret Service Agent Benjamin Hernandez makes his debut and becomes a third wheel. "They're hitting it off and it's safe to say that Al is jealous," Poppy Montgomery says. "It's bothering him, and he has to figure out if he wants to do anything about it."

Unforgettable: An update on when the remaining season 2 episodes will air from TVLine's Matt Webb Mitovich

Here's some scoop on Unforgettable from this week's (Posted on 1/3/14) Matt's Inside Line column.

What’s going on with Unforgettable? There doesn’t seem to be any return airdate that I can find. –Lindsey
As previously reported here, CBS is apparently saving the rest of the Season 2 run for a rainy day. And thus far on the network’s drama front, it’s been blue skies. So, nothing new to report.

Unforgettable: Scoop on when the remaining season 2 episodes will air from TVLine's Matt Webb Mitovich

Here's some scoop on Unforgettable from this week's (Posted on 11/1/13) Matt's Inside Line column.

What has happened to the six un-aired episodes from Unforgettable Season 2? When will they air? –Douglas
Officially, CBS has set no timetable for the rest of Season 2. But I predict, exclusively, that the episodes will be used as scheduling “spackle” for when, say, Person of Interest or a Friday drama need a breather.

Unforgettable: Rachel related scoop on the season 2 premiere from Entertainment Weekly's Sandra Gonzalez

Here's some scoop on Unforgettable from Entertainment Weekly's Sandra Gonzalez's The Spoiler Room column, which was posted on 7/3/13.

Thanks for the pictures of Unforgettable. Any idea how they’re going to close up the case about Carrie’s sister’s murder? — Melanie
I don’t think they will. Dylan Walsh explains why: “The first episode back, we do bring that up very smartly,” he says. “There’s a little girl who is kidnapped and it kind of reminds her of the whole business with Rachel, so she has to make a decision. Can she be a cop and let this [history] bring her down? Or is being a cop the thing that helps her deal with it? So we don’t go back to investigate her sister’s murder, but it comes up in a way that explains that it’s the work of being a cop that helps her deal. We kind of move past it. I don’t know if we’ll revisit it.”

Unforgettable: Casting related scoop on season 2 from TVLine's Matt Webb Mitovich

Here's some scoop on Unforgettable from TVLine's Matt Webb Mitovich's weekly column Matt's Inside Line for the week of 5/30/13.

Are there any scoops yet on the long-lost Season 2 of Unforgettable (premiering July 28)? –Chris
Yes, and this is a fun one: A casting call has gone out for an actress who bears “a strong resemblance” to series lead Poppy Montgomery, to have dinner with me/maybe catch a movie play an elite thief. My guess: Carrie is called on to pass herself off as the burglar on the eve of a major heist.

Unforgettable: Scoop on the cast for season 2 from TVLine's Michael Ausiello

Here's some scoop on Unforgettable from this week's (Posted on 1/15/13) Ask Ausiello column.

Question: Is it too soon to ask about Unforgettable? —Lindsey
Ausiello: It’s a little early but I’ll allow it. Let’s start with the basics, Lindsey. You know it’s back for a second season on Sunday, July 28, yes? And that Michael Gaston, Kevin Rankin and Daya Vaidya (who played Detectives Mike Costello, Roe Saunders and Nina Inara) are no longer part of the full-time cast? Okay, on to new business. Looks like the show’s about to inject some fresh blood by way of two new Major Cases team members. The first, Eliot, is the intelligent, politically savvy new head of the division; in one of his first moves, he transfers Carrie and Al from Queens into his unit. Next is Jay, a whip-smart detective with a wide range of expertise in a lot of obscure topics – and I’m hearing that the show is willing to completely change his backstory if the right actor comes along.

Unforgettable: An update on the cast for season 2 from TVLine's Matt Webb Mitovich

Here's some scoop on Unforgettable from TVLine's Matt Webb Mitovich's weekly column Matt's Inside Line for the week of 8/30/12.

Unforgettable | Lastly, Feerie tweeted me, “Any news on Kevin Rankin coming back for the second season of Unforgettable?” Though series lead Poppy Montgomery seemed to think we might not have seen the last of Detective Saunders when I chatted her up at TCA, a show rep confirms that Montgomery, Dylan Walsh and Jane Curtin are still the only ones signed on as regulars for the summer 2013 run. (In fact, Michael Gaston has already lined up a new gig, as Autumn Reeser’s D.C. power-player pop on ABC’s Last Resort.)

Unforgettable: Scoop on the season 1 finale from TVLine's Michael Ausiello

Here's some scoop on Unforgettable from this week's (Posted on 5/1/12) Ask Ausiello column.

Question: No Unforgettable scoop again last week. If memory serves (see what I did there?) you’ve never included it in Ask Ausiello. Pretty please? Perhaps some spoilers about the upcoming finale? —Allie
Ausiello: You’re in luck. Mitovich just screened it and he filed this report: “Elias Koteas, whose guest casting we told you about in March, is pretty terrific in the finale, which puts Carrie hot on the trail of her sister’s killer. But maybe Carrie has been somewhat wrong about what she faintly recalls of that fateful, long-ago day? As for any possible renewal of the procedural, one of the final scenes lays a clear foundation for what Season 2 would look like. Also, for any Carrie/Al shippers out there, I have three words for you: Motel room, memories. My only quibble: Why does Unforgettable‘s Syracuse — at one point described by a character as a “nice little hamlet” — look so much like Westchester County, New York? P.S. Let’s go, Orange!”

Unforgettable: Scoop from E! Online's Kristin Dos Santos

Here's some scoop on Unforgettable from Kristin Dos Santos' new Daily Spoiler Chat for Tuesday 2/7/12.

Bobby in Vancouver: Don't forget to give us scoop on Unforgettable!
Carrie is getting some serious action—that is, if star Poppy Montgomery has anything to say about it. Al's (Dylan Walsh) romantic rival, Steve, is "coming back quite a lot," Poppy confirms to us. "Carrie likes him, [but] I think it might get Al moving faster towards Carrie and get a little more competitive for her affection." Also coming up, Poppy says, "I think there's going to be some resolution in the murder of her sister. And—I'm just throwing this out there—lots of makeout scenes with Albert, 'cause he's super cute." Carrie's also getting a new BFF, Jane Curtin, who joins the cast this week as Queens' quirky medical examiner. "She and Carrie became fast friends because they're both unique minds…she will become a sort of mother figure and mentor to Carrie," Poppy told us.
