Supernatural: Claire related scoop on episode 13x10 "Wayward Sisters" from Entertainment Weekly's Natalie Abrams

Here's some scoop on Supernatural from Entertainment Weekly's Natalie Abrams' The Spoiler Room column, which was posted on 1/18/18.

It’s Wayward Sisters week on Supernatural! What can we expect? — Cate
We know that Claire comes home to help Jody and company save Sam and Dean, and we know that Claire doesn’t immediately hit it off with newcomer Patience… but what about Alex? “They’re so different,” Kathryn Newton says of Claire and Alex. “But Claire doesn’t really have anyone who understands her, especially someone her age, so she’s got no other choice. They’re lost and they kind of save each other. They’re in a situation where they’re forced to need each other, and they always have each other’s back. They’re not blood-related but they’re definitely sisters now. They’re bonded by something else, something stronger.”

Supernatural: Donna related scoop on episode 13x11 from Entertainment Weekly's Natalie Abrams

Here's some scoop on Supernatural from Entertainment Weekly's Natalie Abrams' The Spoiler Room column, which was posted on 12/14/17.

I’m bummed we haven’t seen Donna yet this season on Supernatural. Please tell me she gets a lot of screen time in the Wayward Sisters pilot! — Kelly
Donna will appear in the Wayward Sisters backdoor pilot, but it’s actually the episode after Wayward that you’ll want to pay extra attention to. “Donna is featured heavily in episode 11, and it really takes her character to a place we have not seen her,” EP Andrew Dabb says. “It changes her a little bit and sets her up for, should we be lucky enough for [Wayward] to move forward, the next chapter of her life. Everyone else we front-loaded, and Donna we’ll tie up an episode after, but it gets everyone to the place where if we go ahead, all of these characters are prepared for that next chapter.”

Supernatural: Scoop on the spin-off (Wayward Sisters) from Entertainment Weekly's Natalie Abrams

Here's some scoop on the Supernatural spin-off (Wayward Sisters) from Entertainment Weekly's Natalie Abrams' The Spoiler Room column, which was posted on 11/9/17.

Anything on the Supernatural spin-off? — Alex
We know Wayward Sisters is going to be set in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, which shouldn’t come as a surprise seeing as how that’s where Jody Mills lives with Alex (and Claire when she’s home), and where Jody has a job. But that’s not the only reason the spin-off will be localized to that town. “They showed us a really great reason as to why that is happening,” star Kim Rhodes says of the location. “It doesn’t just happen to be in Sioux Falls. There’s definitely a reason.” And what do you want to bet it’s a supernatural reason?
