Arrow: Scoop on a new love interest for Oliver from Zap2it's Carina Adly MacKenzie

Here's some scoop on Arrow from Carina Adly MacKenzie's Monday Kickstart column for the week of 1/14/13.

"Arrow": In the last episode, Oliver gave Tommy and Laurel his blessing -- even though, obviously, it was a little heartbreaking for him.
