Don't expect Selena's staff to be any more competent just because the stakes are higher. "We're starting on the campaign trail, so it's how we can be idiots in public instead of private," Anna Chlumsky says. Amy, Selena's chief of staff, will experience some stress-management issues. "She's never been the most graceful under pressure. She thinks she is, but she's not. Her integrity gets tested a bit, but I think she knows she's doing everything for the greater good."
