Nope, here’s some scoop: It won’t be long before we find out who’s replacing Fitz in the Oval. But first, they need to get through the Electoral College! “It played out in real life, everybody wanting the Electoral College to do one thing and they did what was expected,” Scott Foley says. “The Electoral College plays a part [on the show], but not as big of a part as you would think.”
