Question: Season 6 of Major Crimes is coming. I was wondering if you can give us some scoop about the new season? —Ilona
Ausiello: The TNT drama is giving us a Philip Stroh origin story! A Season 6 episode (we’re guessing this one) will introduce us to the 16-year-old version of Billy Burke’s recurring villain.

Major Crimes: Scoop on Billy Burke's appearance on the show from TVLine's Matt Webb Mitovich

Billy Burke on Major Crimes

Here's some scoop on Major Crimes from this week's (Posted on 12/17/14) Matt's Inside Line column.

I seem to recall reading on TVLine that Billy Burke was going to be making an appearance on Major Crimes. Would you happen to have any scoop on that? –Estee
Yes, Burke will appear in the final two episodes of the season (airing Jan. 12 and 19) when Phillip Stroh resurfaces with a possible ace up his sleeve. Now representing himself in court, “Stroh has a right, as the defendant and as his own counselor, to interview the state’s witnesses — and part of the deal that he is forcing them to make includes an interview with Rusty Beck” aka the lad he’s tried to snuff on multiple occasions, show boss James Duff previews. Seeing the two Closer characters at long last face off on Major Crimes “is pretty awesome,” Duff says. “You have two amazing actors there in the room.”

Revolution: Scoop on Miles and Rachel's relationship in season 2 from TVLine's Michael Ausiello

Here's some scoop on Revolution from this week's (Posted on 9/17/13) Ask Ausiello column.

Question: I’d love some scoop on the Miles/Rachel dynamic on Revolution this season. Any movement with these two? —Claire
Ausiello: “It’s going to go back and forth a bit, as those things do,” Billy Burke shares with a wink. As Season 2 opens — dropping a big piece hint along the way that things were hot-n-heavy ‘tween the two in the past — “It’s a little chilly, and then it warms up a bit,” Burke says. “And then things ensue that cause another rift.”

Revolution: Scoop on the aftermath of Nora's death and Neville related scoop on season 2 from E! Online's Kristin Dos Santos

Here's some scoop on Revolution from Kristin Dos Santos' Spoiler Chat column, which was posted on 9/4/13.

Nicholas A.: Revolution scoop, anything you got.
We recently spoke to Billy Burke about season two, and how Nora's death will impact Miles and the team. "He is going to carry it with him for a while," he told us. "As actors I will say losing Nora was a big blow--losing Daniella and Danny, who played Graham were all big blows for us, but the nature of the show is that people have to die. Still, for us it truly was like losing family." He also revealed that Neville may not remain a villain for long. " I don't think that Neville is all bad, and I think he at one time, too, started outwith good intentions and probably wanted to do what was right for the greater good, like a lot of these characters have," Burke said. "But daily they are forced to do stuff that they don't want to do but have to, and it changes them."

Major Crimes: Scoop on the possibility of Billy Burke appearing on the show and scoop on episode 2x03 "Under the Influence" from TVLine's Matt Webb Mitovich

Here's some scoop on Major Crimes from TVLine's Matt Webb Mitovich's weekly column Matt's Inside Line for the week of 6/20/13.

I’ve been wondering if we’ll ever actually see Philip Stroh on Major Crimes again? –Estee
This is a very good question, and when I reached out to TNT about this myself, I thought, “Surely, Billy Burke can come back for a trial scene or two.” But then it hit me: If they’re going to show us even a second of the Stroh trial, it’d be glaringly conspicuous if Brenda herself didn’t pop up, and that simply isn’t going to happen. In other words: I won’t be surprised if they write around Stroh’s “reappearance.” P.S. This coming Monday’s episode is a goodie, especially if you’ve warmed up to Rusty and/or are a fan of Ben Feldman (Mad Men‘s Ginsberg).

Revolution: Season 1 Finale Spoilers from Billy Burke-TVLine

http://tvafterdarkonline.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/06/revolution-nbc-Top.jpg

Here's an article by TVLine's Vlada Gelman, which gives some scoop on the season 1 finale of Revolution (Episode 1x20 "The Dark Tower") directly from Billy Burke. In the article, Burke talks about the possibility of more characters getting killed off, a showdown between Miles and Bass, the Rachel/Miles/Nora love triangle and more. Here's an excerpt from the article:

THE BATTLE IS GETTING MURKIER | While some character motivations will become clearer in the final hour – “You’ll find out Randall’s M.O.,” Burke said during a recent conference call – others will find themselves taking a second look at the forces that have been driving them. “Everything we’ve been fighting for comes into question,” previews the actor. With everyone gathered at the one source that could save the planet – or destroy it – the action will “culminate in the event that’s about to take place in The Tower,” he reveals. “We all find out that what we’ve been fighting for all along may not be physically or spiritually what we thought we were fighting for. What happens after that? I don’t know. But it all comes to a big head.”

MORE WAR CAUSALITIES? | Maggie, Danny and others have already lost their lives during the revolution — and we could be saying goodbye to another fighter in the finale. “We’re all in precarious situations, and all in the same precarious situation collectively,” hints Burke. “The nature of the show is people are going to die in this scenario, the world being the way it is. … As the show moves into the second season, it’s my guess that we’ll see new people” – and we will! – “and we might be saying goodbye to some others.”

A BOND WILL BE TESTED | “It’s pretty safe to say that I don’t think we’re going to end this season without some sort of final showdown between [Miles and Bass],” says Burke. But will the former Militia man have what it takes to kill his ex-BFF this time? “The brotherhood between them seems to be so strong that it’s overcome a lot of those moments, but I don’t know how long that will continue.” Combine that with this tease, and we’re concerned for the baddie general: “Now that [Miles is] back in the fight, he knows he’s got to do some stuff that’s ugly, too.”

LOVE IN THE TIME OF DARKNESS | Burke promises that viewers will “start to get what’s happening” between the show’s core love trio, Miles, Rachel and Nora. As for whether his character hooked up with his brother’s wife before the two were even married, Burke admits the actors still don’t know when that romantic timeline began. Then there’s the issue of Monroe’s recently mentioned, never-seen son with Miles’ ex-girlfriend. “You don’t [reveal] that if you don’t intend to follow through with it, so I would imagine going into this next season, that will come into play,” suggests Burke.

A NEW ALLIANCE? | The official finale synopsis reveals that “Tom Neville and Randall Flynn bring new meaning to the dark side.” So will they team up for a greater, evil purpose? “Those two character, individually, have their own agendas,” explains Burke. “We will see those come to a head in the finale. But that doesn’t necessarily mean they’re doing that in tandem.”
