Glad you're digging it! In this Sunday's episode, you'll see that the queen (Elizabeth Hurley) is madly in love with someone who is not the king. And the love triangle heats up with one of the craziest, um, love(?) scenes TV has ever witnessed. It ends with a car crashing into a phone booth.

Gossip Girl: Elizabeth Hurley Set to Make Her Return

According to E! Online's Tierney Bricker, Elizabeth Hurley (Diana Payne) will be returning in the second half of season five. Here's a quote from the article, which gives some details regarding Hurley's return to the show:


"I won't tease anything other than Elizabeth is coming back, so Diana will be returning in the second half of the season." So yeah, Safran couldn't tell us much, but we're extremely excited about Hurley's return to the show, especially because it will more than likely coincide with Harrington's return to the show as Uncle Jack Bass.

When asked if we'll learn more about Diana's connection to the Bass family, Safran would only tease, "That story is far from over."



The article also talks a little bit about Jack and Georgina's returns, but Safran doesn't really say anything that he hasn't already said in other articles about Jack and Georgina's returns to the show.
