Here's some scoop on Criminal Minds from Entertainment Weekly's Sandra Gonzalez's The Spoiler Room column, which was posted on 11/5/12.

CRIMINAL MINDS: MORE ON REID’S MYSTERY WOMAN!
You learned earlier today that Michelle Trachtenberg is going to go crazy on Criminal Minds! (You’re welcome.) But what I’m sure especially caught your eye was the tidbit where I told you that the episode would delve deep into Reid’s mystery woman. An additional nugget? It’s one of TWO upcoming episodes that will introduce us to this yet-unseen woman a bit more. (The identity of the actress is still a technical secret, but I can tell you that I have seen correct guesses.)

Executive producer Erica Messer tells me that episode 10 and 12 — the latter has Trachtenberg — will both inform audiences about who this woman is and show us a bit more of her unique relationship with Reid (Matthew Gray Gubler). (Also, she will be unmasked!) “Episodes 10 and 12 are the really big ones for [audiences] to see this character who we all know and love actually feel emotion for another person in a way that is not typical of him,” she says. “I think what we’ve all promised you guys is that it’s not going to be a typical love story or anything we’ve seen on this show. And I think Matthew would argue that you haven’t seen a story like this at all.”

In both episodes, she adds, the show will follow up in the information audiences learned in episode 4 — that the mysterious character is “running from someone and something.” And naturally, Messer teases, “her journey collides with the team.”

"She will be there at the end," she teases. As for what she wants to see happen? "Georgina should sleep with every one of the male characters on the show. I think it's not fair to single one out," she says. "Even though she's married, she's an equal opportunity offender. I look forward to bedding every Upper East Side boy…as Georgina!"

Ausiello: LOL!!!!!! Oh, sorry. I’m still laughing at that joke about me possibly being wrong. I crack myself up sometimes. Anywho, I don’t have any intel on Dan/Georgina, but I can tell you that there is huge twist coming that (I have to imagine) will impact the Dan/Blair/Chuck triangle.

Gossip Girl: Elizabeth Hurley Set to Make Her Return

According to E! Online's Tierney Bricker, Elizabeth Hurley (Diana Payne) will be returning in the second half of season five. Here's a quote from the article, which gives some details regarding Hurley's return to the show:


"I won't tease anything other than Elizabeth is coming back, so Diana will be returning in the second half of the season." So yeah, Safran couldn't tell us much, but we're extremely excited about Hurley's return to the show, especially because it will more than likely coincide with Harrington's return to the show as Uncle Jack Bass.

When asked if we'll learn more about Diana's connection to the Bass family, Safran would only tease, "That story is far from over."



The article also talks a little bit about Jack and Georgina's returns, but Safran doesn't really say anything that he hasn't already said in other articles about Jack and Georgina's returns to the show.

Here's another article about Michelle Trachtenberg's upcoming storyline on Gossip Girl.

When Gossip Girl invites Michelle Trachtenberg, back to set, you just know things are gonna get spicy. But when it just so happens to be for the show's 100th episode, well, dare we say it might just be a three-alarm fire for you GG fans?

Michelle confirms that her character Georgina Sparks is indeed coming back for Gossip Girl's big milestone early next year, and tells me this of her return:

"It's always amazing coming back to Gossip Girl. We're a family. Even if Georgina always tries to break it up!"

Hmmm....So which Upper East Siders will the Mayor of Crazytown try to sink her claws into this time? Or has she changed her ways? Let's just say that the storyline of the 100th episode is so big, we've been asked by our friends who work on the show not to utter a peep about it. Yep, that big!

Regardless, Michelle can tell you she's thrilled to be asked back for such a pivotal arc.

"I can't say how many episodes [I'm doing]," Michelle tells me, "but there will definitely be a healthy dose of Ms. Sparks, and to be a part of the 100th episode, a big milestone, is very special!"

"Special" may also mean unprecidented, according to executive producer Josh Safran. "Her arc is unlike anything that she has done before on the show," Safran tells TV Line, who first reported the news of Michelle's return. "Of course, she still is Georgina and all that implies, it's just taking that in a new direction."

Michelle tells me, "What we love about Georgina is that she can't help but be evil, even when she pretends to be good."

Gossip Girl Exclusive: Michelle Trachtenberg Returning For [MAJOR SPOILER ALERT]!-TVLine

A holy terror alert has been issued for New York’s Upper East Side, and here’s why: Georgina Sparks is headed back to town!

Gossip Girl exec producer Josh Safran confirms to TVLine exclusively that professional pot-stirrer Michelle Trachtenberg is returning to the show for a sizeable arc.

And far be it from her to slip in quietly in the night, Georgina’s reentry has been timed for maximum impact.

“Her first episode back is our 100th episode,” Safran reveals of the show’s milestone outing, which is set to air in early 2012. “Her arc is unlike anything that she has done before on the show. Of course, she still is Georgina and all that implies, it’s just taking that in a new direction.”

When last seen in the Season 4 finale, the now-married mother of one — bored to death by domestic life — returned to the UES looking for some trouble. What she found was an unlikely kindred spirit in interloper Charlie. (Ms. Sparks skedaddled shortly after discovering Charlie’s Big Secret, which is sure to make their reunion a tense one.)

But wait, there’s more: The sixth coming of Georgina promises to take on added dramatic effect when you learn what Gossip Girl‘s 100th episode revolves around — a burning question I will be answering this evening in the Nov. 1 edition of Ask Ausiello.

Hint: It’s a doozy.
