Elementary: Scoop on the possibility of Natalie Dormer (Moriarty) appearing on the show in season 6 from TVLine's Michael Ausiello

https://pmctvline2.files.wordpress.com/2017/08/elementary-jonny-lee-miller-natalie-dormer-sherlock-irene-cbs.jpg

Here's some scoop on Elementary from this week's (Posted on 8/2/17) Ask Ausiello column.

Question: I know Elementary isn’t coming back until midseason, but I need to know this now: Is it possible Natalie Dormer will be back as Moriarty one last time? —Giovanni
Ausiello: It’s more than possible. “With respect to Sherlock, we’re working hard to see an old flame come back to the show,” executive producer Rob Doherty teased to TVLine at CBS’ summer press soiree, before all but confirming that the mystery ex is indeed Dormer’s Moriarty (who last appeared in the flesh in Season 2). “She may or may not lead a league of assassins — or once led a league of assassins.”

Here's some scoop on Elementary from Entertainment Weekly's Natalie Abrams' The Spoiler Room column, which was posted on 9/25/15.

Any chance Moriarty will return to Elementary this season? — Tristan
“She’s certainly referenced in the first episode,” executive producer Rob Doherty teases. But physically? That’s still TBD. “A lot of Moriarty conversations going on here,” he says. “But no, we won’t get anything in the first couple of episodes. We could not love Natalie [Dormer] more and we’re trying to figure it out.”

Elementary: Watson and Moriarty related scoop from Entertainment Weekly's Natalie Abrams

Here's some scoop on Elementary from Entertainment Weekly's Natalie Abrams' The Spoiler Room column, which was posted on 2/13/15.

Moriarty killed for Watson! Does this mean Natalie Dormer is returning to Elementary? — Brynn
It’s a little too soon to say, but the cat-and-mouse game between Joan and Moriarty is far from over. “Even after three years, Moriarty isn’t sure how she feels about Joan,” executive producer Rob Doherty says. “If you classified the relationship as ‘adversarial,’ Moriarty would tell you you’re being simplistic. There’s more to it than that. Joan means a great deal to Sherlock, and that means a great deal to Moriarty, and so Joan is afforded a kind of protection. Moriarty won’t allow any harm to come to her—at least until her ultimate agenda with regards to Sherlock comes into focus.”

Elementary: Scoop on the possibility of Rhys Ifans and Natalie Dormer returning to the show from TVLine's Michael Ausiello

Here's some scoop on Elementary from this week's (Posted on 11/11/14) Ask Ausiello column.

Question: Any plans for Elementary to bring back Mycroft or Irene Adler/Moriarty? —Agnes
Ausiello: Probably and maybe. “We would absolutely love to bring Rhys [Ifans] back as Mycroft,” executive producer Rob Doherty says of Sherlock’s bro. “It’s something we are investigating. I think it will ultimately come down to his schedule. He’s a busy guy, for good reason.” That goes double for in-demand Game of Thrones actress Natalie Dormer, who plays Irene Adler/Moriarty. “I was amazed that we were able to get her for even the one episode she was in [last season],” the EP notes. “So, yes, same set of circumstances. We could not love them more, and so, if we can find the right story and the time in their schedules, we would love to have them back.”

Elementary: Scoop on the possibility of Natalie Dormer returning in season 2 from TVGuide's Adam Bryant and Natalie Abrams

Here's some scoop on Elementary from TVGuide's Adam Bryant and Natalie Abrams' Mega Buzz column, which was posted on 8/13/13.

Is there a chance that Natalie Dormer could return to Elementary— Clark NATALIE: Yes, but don't expect Irene Adler to pop up in the first half of the new season, which picks up months after the events of the finale. "Is Sherlock completely over everything that happened? No, but he tends to internalize and compartmentalize everything," executive producer Rob Doherty says, noting that when she does return, it won't be as a villain -- or at least not the villain of Season 2.

Elementary: Scoop on the possibility of Natalie Dormer returning and Moriarty related scoop on season 2 from Entertainment Weekly's Sandra Gonzalez

Here's some scoop on Elementary from Entertainment Weekly's Sandra Gonzalez's The Spoiler Room column, which was posted on 7/3/13.

Sandra, I’m SO pleased with Elementary casting Rhys Ifans as Sherlock’s brother. But can you tell me when Natalie Dormer will be back? — Renee
Last time we caught up with Dormer, who we think should be in the running for an Emmy for GOT,  she claimed she “couldn’t possible comment” but says “I’m sure it would take more than that to hold Moriarty in a jail cell, if I had to speculate.” And as far as those fans who think Irene isn’t really Moriarty, Dormer is happy to listen to all theories.  ”This is the gift of the show, right? That there’s so much you can do with the formula, and the bluffing, and the double bluffing, and the triple bluffing. So who knows? And to be honest, honey, I’d be the last to know,” she says, laughing.

Teresa: Anything on the new Game of Thrones episode?
If you watched The Tudors you might already be familiar obsessed with Natalie Dormer like we are. She makes her Game of Thrones debut as Margaery Tyrell on Sunday and trust us when we tell you she is fabulous! She's gorgeous and very quick on the uptake but we wouldn't trust her as far as we could throw the Iron Throne.
