Is there any hope for The Originals‘ Elijah and Hayley to get back together? –Tulsi
Never say never — especially on a show like The Originals, where literally anything can happen — but it doesn’t sound like Elijah and Hayley will be reuniting anytime soon. Series creator Julie Plec says she enjoyed getting to craft new beginnings for the show’s characters in Season 5 now that they’ve all had to go their separate ways. “Being able to write a narrative for Elijah that allowed him to live an entirely different life and imagining what that life would look like was a lot of fun,” she says, promising “a whole bunch of new dynamics” to come. (The recent casting of Jaime Murray as Elijah’s new vampire “friend” also doesn’t bode well for your question.)

Ausiello: Coming out of that fall finale, this comes as little surprise: “We are going to see a lot more of the Black Fairy (played by Jaime Murray),” series cocreator Adam Horowitz assures, “exploring her both in the past and present and learning more about Rumple’s relationship to his mother and the strange land from which she hails.”

Question: I know I’m not the only one who caught The Dragon mentioning a daughter in Once Upon a Time Episode 8. Have the showrunners said anything lately about when Lily and Maleficent will be back? Or whether Emma will keep her promise to help Lily find her father? —Sabrina
Ausiello: In a word, “No,” that Dragon (played by Tzi Ma) has nothing to do with the mystery of Lily’s father, the series cocreators confirmed for Matt Mitovich. “We had high hopes” to revisit that story in Season 6, Eddy Kitsis shared, “but we just won’t get to it.”

What secrets can you reveal about Season 2 of Defiance? –Sally
Jaime Murray says that because things pick back up following a time jump, “Whichever cliffhanger you left the characters in, they’ve had to deal with the repercussions of that, so they’re all in an extremely different position at the beginning of Season 2 (premiering June 19).” And you can be certain that includes Stahma and husband Datak, who when last we tuned in had clumsily killed an E-Rep biggie. “You already saw Stahma dealing with her own resentments of Datak to begin with,” the actress reminds, “so she’s pretty angry with him for his impulsive stupidity that changed their lives irrevocably.” Hmm, might Stahma thus be spending more time at the NeedWant…? Murray smiles: “She may be, actually!”

Defiance: Scoop on season 2 from E! Online's Kristin Dos Santos

Here's some scoop on Defiance from Kristin Dos Santos' Spoiler Chat column, which was posted on 5/26/14.

Craig: Summer means all my favorite Syfy shows start to roll out new episodes. Forget going to the beach, give me some Defiance spoilers ASAP.
Defiance you say? Well, Jaime Murray was pretty tight-lipped when we tracked her down, but she did give us a good tease. "The first season we were introducing the audience to this fantastical, weird and wonderful world. We didn't really know how far we could take it without losing them, so we tried to kind of ground it in this gritty reality and that is the style and tone of the show," she told us. "If you thought the first season was weird, the second season gets a whole lot weirder. I think that all the major characters had massive cliffhangers at the end of last season. Whatever position they were in at the end of last season, their world has pretty much been turned upside down." Translation? Expect lots of conflict.
